Abstract: In this talk we develop the geometric tools needed to do a Le Page like argument for the continuity of the drift in metric hyperbolic spaces. The main tool we will discuss is a refinement of Karlsson theorem for such spaces which deeply resembles the multiplicative ergodic theorem of Oseledets for SL(2) matrices.
