Abstract: In this talk I start with a brief survey of basic notions and results related to the existence of dense orbits in dynamical systems. Then I point out several common misunderstandings caused by interchanging nonequivalent definitions of discussed notions. Finally I mention several general results on the topic from the joint work with Lubomir Snoha.
