| Summary | In this work, we tackle the scheduling problem of a single day, where we consider known the set of services to be performed, the estimated duration of a service, the set of operators who can provide these services, and the time interval during which each operator is available. Since some services could not be scheduled due to limited capacity, the objective is to minimize the total cost of unsatisfied services. |
