| Summary | Chronic patients with non-communicable diseases live at home, but often make hospital appointments for regular visits, examinations or treatments according to their care pathway, which may include medical protocols for various conditions. It is good practice to schedule several services for the same patient on the same day, in the interests of a holistic approach to patient care. The aim of this work is to plan the scheduling of these visits. |
