| Summary | Very little is known about measures of risk tolerance, despite the fact that investor risk profiling /protection is at the heart of current European market regulations. This project will rely first, on the Portuguese reality, using Portuguese Securities Supervision Authority (CMVM)’s questionnaires to characterise the typical Portuguese individual investor’s risk tolerance. From a different perspective, it will also into the application of regulations in practice. The focus will be on Lusitânia as institutional investor and the constructions of investment policy statements (IPS) for its portfolios. |
