| Summary | In [2015, Long cycles in a modified Solow growth model] the labor growth rate was considered a periodic function, following quantitative empirical evidence. The results obtained have proved the existence of long cycles. The present project concerns with a new look on the labor growth rate. On the one hand consider it as a production function, and on the other introduce a delay parameter to obtain a delay differential equation that allows the model to exhibit oscillating solutions. |
